Patrick is an investor, business owner, and US Navy veteran with a Master’s in Business Administration. Prior to launching Maple House Multifamily, he worked in the IT industry as a Program Manager for education and professional service firms managing diverse teams and annual budgets of over $12MM.

Patrick’s background in real estate spans 10+ years and multiple areas, from managing 400 single and multi-family units, to building and operating a house flipping company, and owning a flipping education company. Patrick has a passion for personal finance and has mentored and educated hundreds of students and mentees on how to utilize real estate to achieve time and money freedom.

Emily is an investor, business owner and founder of the Pensacola Real Estate Mastermind. Before focusing on real estate full time for the last 6 years, Emily spent 10+ years in nonprofit and marketing.

Emily’s background is in building up communities and business owners to both reach their maximum potential. She coaches other investors while running the daily operations of a flipping company and education company alongside her husband Patrick, and their expansive team.

Emily’s goal is to provide affordable, beautiful homes for her community while empowering other investors to do the same - with an abundance mindset that brings forth impactful relationships for all of our partners.

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner and entrepreneur. He has been investing in real estate for 15 years and has grown his multifamily portfolio to over 1100 units in just 6 years and over $70,000,000 in assets. He has teamed up with Jake Stenziano to create Jake and Gino.com, a real estate educational company that offers coaching and training in real estate investing.

He is the best selling author of “Wheelbarrow Profits”. Gino is a graduate of IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and is a Certified Professional Coach. He is also the author of the best-selling cookbook “Family Food and the Friars”. He currently resides in Florida with his beautiful wife Julia and their six children Gabriella, Michael, Sofia, Veronica, Cecilia and Laura.

Jake Stenziano is the best-selling author of Wheelbarrow Profits and co-founder of JakeandGino.com, the only multifamily real estate investment education company that teaches investors the three pillars of sound apartment investing Buy Right, Manage Right, and Finance Right. Jake is also the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Rand Property Management, the first property management company with a focus on “modern affordability.” As creator of the multi-media, multifamily investing framework, Wheelbarrow Profits, Jake is a leading expert on investing in the multifamily space and currently owns over 1100 multifamily units and over $70,000,000 in assets. Bill is the owner/operator of Phoenix Residential Group and Phoenix Residential Management. He has been in the real estate business for 13 years and has created a portfolio of over 1000 units while growing Phoenix Management to a team of 15 staff members. He has taught real estate for the past 6 years and has dozens of highly successful students. Bill uses his extensive real estate experience to teach his students the “real” side of real estate.

Since October of 2018, Darren has become part owner on the GP side in 103 doors. Darren started a Multifamily meetup in Johnson City, TN in March of 2020. With Johnson City being such a great market, Darren saw a need to bring other multifamily investors together there, to leverage the power of partnerships, the market, and capital. Darren thrives on inspiring and motivating others and living the Go-Giver attitude! He lives each day with gratitude.
